Should be zero stars! First, the customer service was terrible. First time at this nail place, never ever again! Gel manicure was so thick and not smooth at all. mind you I mentioned to her that they were wavy and still very thick. The nails were not shaped, not the same length, she did not seal the tips, the polish was messy. Note that she kept hitting my skin with drill sander, so now there is blood, and cut me three times with a manicure scissors. She did not care. I left. Several times people commented on my nails, not in a positive way. Day two one broke. I was so embarrassed of them I went back and ask if someone would fix them or take them off. But “P” could not wait on me. Who waited on me but “P”… Ugh! She was so rough again. Just a general shaping once the nails were removed was

Don’t get French tip here. Can’t do it symmetrical and I corrected them once and they didn’t make me feel comfortable when I said something so I walked out with nails I hate.

Horrible!!!! Got mine and my 7 year olds nails done today. First of all my daughter asked for purple 15 times and they gave her clear polish manicure… still charged me 15 for her nails regardless of her telling them she really wanted purple. Didn’t even clean out her nails or file them…. Mine are horrible. Very thin and lumpy. Paint is bubbly and the designs I paid 20 extra for look like she didn’t even try… at one spot she even purposely smeared it with her finger because to much nail polish came off the brush. I wouldn’t go here even if I was desperate for service again! They made me pay and got mad I didn’t tip!!

Had a mani/pedi with Vivian, she was amazing. I’ve never had acrylics before, only gel extensions but she is very experienced and got the job done quickly and efficiently. She knew exactly what look I was going for and even offered suggestions (which I took with no regrets!). She will make sure your nails look good. I have very thin nails naturally and she didn’t hurt me or over file my nails at all, and I never said anything about my condition. She made sure I was happy every step of the way. I am not able to get my nails done often, but when I do it will be here from now on :) Prices are very reasonable as well compared to other shops.

They are always professional and kind and provide great service. There was a woman who came in today and was immediately rude and hostile to the workers. The lady working with her remained calm and professional despite the rude woman berating her. To that rude woman- get help to learn how to be a better human being and stop being cheap and trying to get out of paying for the services you are provided.
