I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share. The hair on the back of my head was over-processed during my service and ended up breaking off. Unfortunately, I wasn’t offered a refund due to the time that had passed, about a month, but I didn’t notice the damage right away since it was at the back of my head. I was invited to come in to see if it could be fixed, but understandably, I didn’t feel comfortable returning. I was offered a wash and blowout as compensation. When I asked for even a partial refund it was denied. The stylist was lovely and everyone was very friendly, which makes it even more disappointing that the situation wasn’t resolved more fairly with a refund. I will always be referring all my friends and wedding clients to Le Shag! I’ve had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Mikaela at their studio for years and it’s always an experience I look forward to. Mikaela truly brings so much talent and love to what she does, I always love my hair more every time I visit! Most recently, I had my hair styled and a makeup application done for an event and felt so beautiful and confident after she took the time to really understand how I wanted to appear. As a wedding planner, I’ve also gotten to know Illisa, as well as many other stylists at Le Shag and all of them care deeply about providing the best experience to everyone they work with! Can’t recommend enough❤️

This place cannot do a blow out. I have been to multiple people multiple times and every time, they blow your hair out straight and then ask you if you want them to use a curling iron (for an extra $10). It's $45 essentially for them to wash your hair. So disappointed, will be the last time I go.

I've been going to Lundy for 2 years now, and she has slowly brought my terribly damaged, greying pandemic hair back to life. She was so patient working with me on the color. As a redhead, I am admittedly a bit picky in getting it just right. But she kept tweaking it as I asked, and now even my mother doesn't realize when I get my hair colored because it looks so natural! The salon itself is beautiful and always has wonderful new art. I love going.
