I’ve always appreciated the quality of the work here and have found the pricing fair during my visits over the past several months. Unfortunately, I’ve had concerning experiences with gel (soft gel) removal. The polish was removed entirely with an e-file rather than being soaked in acetone (for 10-15 minutes) first, which is the method I’ve typically experienced at other nail salons. After coming in regularly about every three weeks, I’ve noticed my natural nails have become extremely thin and brittle. During my last appointment, the nail filing felt excessive my nails became hot and uncomfortable, and I had to ask twice for more gentle handling. It was painful. Since then, my nails have been noticeably weaker. I also opted for a regular manicure after the gel removal, but the polish beg
Disappointed after having a prior good experience here. I got a pedicure with french tips. I asked for acrylic on the corner of one of my toes due to it breaking. My tech acknowledged that, someone else came over and explained it and she ended up doing it, but ended up doing my whole toe really thick and charging me $5 extra. Not the worst deal. The tech who did the rest of my pedicure made the base color lumpy and uneven. I asked him to fix it but he just nodded and didn’t fix it. He kept filing and cutting my nails after I asked him to stop. My french tip was scratched and uneven. When curing the gel, the lamp kept hitting my toes and scratching off the paint. When I told my tech that was happening he nodded but didn’t fix anything. All of this was a little frustrating, but not the worst
I got my nails done about a week ago and the guy was very nice doing them and they looked great however, after a day or two I started to notice a yellow residue forming on my nails. And one of my nails popped off. I went in to get them fixed, and the lady was very annoyed to have to redo them. It seemed. The nails were polkadots however they were rushed, and one was very out of order. I thought I was done, however, Two days later, another nail popped off out of nowhere. On top of that another one of my nails popped off as I was peeling a sticker. I am so beyond frustrated as I payed a fair amount for them.
Loved this salon but they expire their gift cards at one year. If someone gets you a gift card and you don’t use it all in 12 months, you lose your money. It’s so crappy. Feels like robbery. It’s a gift card, not a coupon.
They do not do designs on regular polish, disappointed. Guess I'm too plain😀 Still Great results, neat and pleasant. Good Customer service. A great safe place in Raleigh clean, reliable 🔥🥰❤️
