I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and Cindy, the owner, is the absolute best. She’s always on top of the latest trends, and no matter what I ask for, my nails come perfect every single time. Absolutely love it here!

Before I go into detail as to why I left this 1 star review I’d like to say that my nail tech did a good job on my hands despite very obvious concerns about me possibly complaining. With that being said, the overall customer service/experience at this place is BAD. I came in for a fill, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax. 1. They only take cash or Zelle but don’t tell you that until it’s time to pay. There is an ATM next door but the manager will ask to hold your phone as collateral until you return with the money. 2. Some of the nail techs will definitely talk about you in a language other than English. One tech made a comment in Spanish about black women and French manicures and issues revolving around that. I got a gel manicure three days ago and my nails have already started to peel & I got a rhinestone on my ring finger and that fell off the first day. The lady was nice, but I don’t think the polish should be coming off so soon, especially considering the price I payed .

Yesterday I was upset. I’ve been coming here years and tge boss lady was rude to me. I had an appt 330 and I had to wait until 415. I asked her and she yelled at me and said too bad. Extremely rude and treats customers like dirt. It’s a shame because the girl that does my nails is very good. But after being treated that way I will not be returning after 5 years. Miami is known for no customer service, but they just do nt care about customers. It’s a shame. I will be going to my other place where they treat customers with respect. Very sad The man is nice there the woman is horrible.

This place is dirty and they're not very professional. The technician was on her phone the entire time. She made me bleed twice. They were friendly, but not very professional.
