Had an appointment with Xuan- dip manicure done on Monday. Returned on Thursday due to dip crumbling away and lifting on 8 of the nails. Explained what happened- had a new dip manicure. No discount offered or any explanation given. Charged full price for new dip service. Disappointed that no explanation or discount offered to correct problem.

i moved to the area not long ago and have horror stories about some of the neighboring salons that i’ve tried… so i’ve been doing my own nails (badly) for months because ive been too fearful to branch back out. BUT, i took the chance on this salon today and it was an absolute GODSEND! i am so glad i found it and i will definitely be back as a regular customer. i got exactly what i asked for, the wait wasn’t long, the workers were friendly, the environment was clean and welcoming, and the man who did my nails paid close attention to detail while still working at a fast pace! i wish i had gotten his name so i could shout him out. he was awesome! even though the nails i got were simple, this is probably one of my favorite sets i’ve gotten in a very long time! i recommend this place to anyone!

This is my 5th time going there the first few times were great but today an old woman did my nails wrong & I told her I didn’t like them she said nothing wrong my nails were un even and polished horrible & they were even hurting my fingers

terrible what is this? i didn’t ask for shark teeth? and made me bleed twice and was talking about mens balls and not being able to have kids anymore! service was terrible and over priced for this..

Me and my friend went in for pedicure just wanted regular polish . The young man who did hers did an excellent job. The lady that did mine didn’t work on my feet But maybe 10 minutes and didn’t bother to let polish dry! She acted like it was a crime that I didn’t want to pay an extra 20 for gel polish! So I got a jacked up mess!
