They definitely deserve a 5-star rating in my opinion!!!! It was my very first time being a consumer in this store and I loved every step I took to find what I was looking for in the store!!! Customer service is amazing and the store offers such an abundant variety of products and brands!!! I’m not from here, but I’d definitely pay a visit whenever I came to visit Mississippi 😁😁😁

I wanted to purchase a synthetic wig, and the experience was not a problem at all. The price of most of the wigs were fair, and I found a great match for me. I also love the atmosphere and the employees were friendly and helpful! I had better service here than at other local beauty places, I really recommend trying this store!

My second visit to this beauty supply. The store is very neat an clean. The staff seems very knowledgeable. My first visit I purchased a synthetic wig which was nothing like the wig on the maniquein I ended up putting it in the trash. I paid over 40$ for it which was to much money for a purchase you could not use. I bit the dust on this one. However I returned a few days later to purchase a Vivica Fox natural wig that's human hair the price was 129$ which I thought was slightly overpriced but I liked the wig an hair so why not splurge an make the purchase. Upon looking at Vivica Fox's wig online the exact same wig was only $59.99 . The wig was sold for double the price. That's a bit over the top. I came in about 4 mins before closing and they still didn't rush me (I already knew what I needed). I didn't even hear them announce they would be closing soon!!
