Le Chic Nails

Spent $110, not satisfied. The atmosphere was very nice. Went to get a basic manicures and pedicure with regular polish for myself and basic manicure for my daughter. The young lady that polished my toes seemed annoyed when I communicated with her that the polish was too thick she said after the clear goes on it won’t look like that anymore. Well the picture say otherwise because my toes look like I got them done a long time ago and I hate it. The older lady at check out charged me $40 for a manicure w/gel. All of her price list in the store says $35, I did not ask for or added anything extra. When I questioned her about the price, she said $35 and up. I said what would be considered the up so I would know next time. She said if my nails were long or got special design. I told her got did

I feel that they did a great job.. I can see why the salon was so busy when we went.. my only problem was encountered when it came to getting a simple french tip design & my tech couldn't do it.. i wasn't super upset so i let my tech wipe away my gel & paid & left.. my result after my own alterations to my two plain nails ended okay. i love the shape & length.. just would recommend being less rough with potential new clients. would return if need be.. but not in near future. 1 pic is final result from salon, other pic is my alterations.

I have gone to Krissy @ Le Chic for years. The ONLY time I will ever go to any other business, is if they're extremely busy, which since the services are so amazing, they're busy more often than not. But, if it is one of my days off, it's sooo worth the wait! Yes, it can be frustrating to have to sit and wait a bit, but it takes time to do quality work! Krissy makes it a point to get to know her clients and build relationships with them. All of her staff that I've had the pleasure to sit with have always been professional, friendly and enjoy conversing. I personally have never left there anything but feeling refreshed and happy!

Unless you want something quick I don’t recommend this nail salon . We waited 30 minutes to get a pedicure when we finally got in the chair we waited 10 more minutes for them to set everything up. Me and my friend chose our pedicures I got the rose petal pedicure which does not look like the description in the book. The guy literally tossed a rose petal in there rushed through my “foot massage” wouldn’t even call it that felt like a wipe down. I picked my color out thinking gel automatically came with the pedicure since I wasn’t asked if I wanted regular or gel . Me and my friend get done only to be surprised with different prices apparently we were given the wrong book and prices were updated. My friend was told male services are more (even though he was given the wrong book) I had to pay
