Lavishly Loc’d

I’d give this salon 10 stars out of 5 stars lol. The vibe there is always chill, Jazz and the other hairstylists there have professional and genuine energy. Jazz has taken me when I had an appointment and as a walk in. Both times the hair came out 🔥! I’ve been growing my locs for 10 years, so most of the time I go into a salon they get intimidated by my hair 😭, not Jazz! Not only did she take me last minute the one time but finish my hair in less than an hour and 20 minutes! Y’all can honestly count this review as like 3-4. I’ve been too her many times and never (always forgot) left a review 😭.

Do not recommend, the retwist is already overpriced as is…they unexpectedly charge extra for how many months went without retwist. Had to pay an extra 100 because I went 3 months without retwist. This makes no sense, the whole objective for a retwist is too wait a couple of months before retwisting them. These people just want to scam money out of you. The person who did my hair was also pulling my locs hard as hell and left midway through the session.

This place is so welcoming and the vibes are on point. I started my loc journey with Prii and have been getting my retwist done by her for a couple months now and so far my experience has been really good. I tried a new style this time and it came out so gorgeous. I will definitely keep going to her for my retwist.

Jazz started my locs 3 years ago and I’ve been with her since. Not only does she get me right with the retwist, but makes a comfortable environment anytime I go to get it done. Plus she cares about your hair more than the money and won’t let you damage it for some quick change. Prices match the result of her work and I recommend for anyone trying to get something done.

I have been a client of Jaz for some years now. From day one when she was sharing space in a barbershop to the present, owning her own shop, my experience has been more than exceptional. Jaz has always maintained professional pleasant etiquette. The new shop is beautiful in appearance and the equipment is very modern and up to date. The vibe is warm and relaxing as well. My routine is wash, steam treatment, blow dry, retwist and style. I have Locs and typically get different styles of barrels. I also use the wonderful organic products Jaz has to offer on the business web site. I use the hydration spray and beard loc oil.
