I got my nails done today and honestly, I’m really disappointed. I paid over $100 just for my nails, and I specifically explained that I have very short natural nails and wanted acrylics—but I needed them to be short because I work at a hospital. I even showed her the exact shape I wanted, but she didn’t do it. She also didn’t fully paint some of the nails, and the shape looks completely off. I’m leaving for vacation tomorrow, so I didn’t have time to stay and get them fixed—and now I’m going to have to get them taken off and redone while I’m away. It’s so frustrating, especially after spending that much money. I attached the photos of the nail I got and then I attached the shape I wanted was a pink nails and then the color I wanted, which was 38. They don’t look anything like what I want

On Tuesday, 12/30 my gf and I were told that you had moved your sign and the workers could not honor the 20% off all nail services through January 1 as advertised on your sign below. We were told this after we had completed our services and both upgraded to expensive packages. We also came back weeks earlier than we would have otherwise in order to get the discount :( Please kindly refund us or provide a gift card. I spent $104 and she spent $115 (before tip).
