The store that at one point said they'd never open up in Hawaii, opened their only location on Maui on 11/9/15 in Queen Kaahumanu Center. The shop is located on the first level in the women's Macy's wing in the former Kid's Foot Locker and The Walking Company spaces. It's not a huge space, but is a perfect size for this market. Though I didn't go on opening day, I strolled in a few days later. There naturally was a short line, about 20 people deep which took about 10-15 minutes to get through due to crowd control. Once at the door, we were greeted by a friendly female associate, given a discount coupon, and short intro to the store's inventory and email benefits. Once inside, it was a pleasant shopping experience due to the population control. Foot traffic flows smoothly between aisles

One of the nicest kept stores in this mall. Bright and well maintained with consistently great customer service. Good stock levels of all items. If you shop at BBW regularly then it's worth getting their loyalty app as you will get free items (up to $16.95) once you have collected enough points. The app also often has special deals and offers.

Great year end sales after Christmas. Bought mini favorite candles. The sales staff was super helpful and friendly. The cashier I think was Melissa or Michelle help me get the additional sale are my coupon online 😍

Huge store but was hoping for something unique to Hawaii. Nothing special here.

How are you going to be Martha’s open but not have anybody in the store and both doors locked with no sign on the door at all unprofessional personally you guys should’ve had a sign on the door showing that you guys will either on lunch or short staffed and not in the office. There was a line of people out front probably about 10 people that had come by the store looking for somebody to be at the store and you guys weren’t there
