NEVER going to this place again. I asked for a full set on my toes, because my toe nails are very small and I wanted them to be seen more. So I got them done by a man, and he had no clue what he was doing, so I politely asked if someone else would be able to do them. Another man steps in and starts doing them, but when he gets to the filing part, he’s trying to shape the nail the way i want it (square) and it wasn’t working, because the whole time he was filing my skin instead, and cut three of my toes. I didn’t even let him get to painting them. the girl working there told me I didn’t have to pay so i just walked out. Unless you want your toes getting cut, don’t go here.

Lavish Nails is my go-to nail salon, and I seriously can’t recommend it enough! The salon is always super clean, beautifully maintained, and has such a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere—you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. My nail tech, Yenny, is truly AMAZING. Her artistic skills are insane, Every set she does for me turns out flawless—whether it’s a simple clean look or something bold and intricate, she always delivers exactly what I had in mind or better. If you’re looking for quality, creativity, and a salon that feels like a little getaway, Lavish Nails is the place to go. 10/10 recommend every time!

Visited Lavish Nails in West Hartford today and received a great experience. The store was very clean, stylish and had a calm vibe to it. I tried Gel X Nails and I’m very satisfied w the outcome. Last salon I tried did not warn me about how clear the tips can appear if a light color is chosen- but at Lavish Nails the staff made sure to be knowledgeable about the service and give helpful suggestions. If you are in the area- I would say it’s worth checking this salon out.

I had a very bad experience here. During my service, the nail technician over-buffed my natural nails using an electric drill for an extended time, which caused severe thinning, pain, and damage to my nail plates. My nails were left extremely sensitive and sore I was not warned, not checked in with about pain, and no aftercare guidance was given. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this salon, especially to anyone who cares about the health of their natural nails.

Found this place online after my tech cancelled twice, and I’m glad she did!!! Yenny killed my nail design!!! She’s very detailed and works fast. Very friendly place 100% recommend!!!
