I first came here with a work vendor so had no expectations, and I LOVED it. I live on 81st but always come down here for my mani/pedi because I prefer it so much more over the UES spots I’ve tried. It’s quiet, peaceful, clean and open Sarah at the front desk is great at helping me figure out what I want since I don’t always know the right terminology – builder gel, gel x, hard gel??? She asked what I want, I explain in my own terms, and she makes it happen. It’s great service I’ve had several people do my nails before but Cici is my favorite! She takes her time, is meticulous, checks quality and redoes something if it wasn’t just right the first time. Checks that it’s what I want as she goes, and I feel comfortable saying if it’s not, although I haven’t needed to. Her pedis are nice and
➡️ 09/14 Original Review ⬅️ If you're going in get a GEL-X service........ DONT. Whoever did mine, applied them so wrong that not even one of them was correct. By the time she finished all the shaping and filing, it honestly looked like a 2 week grown out set. 🤨 They honestly need to retrain all their staff. I'm a nail tech myself and I was in town working backstage NEW YORK FASHION WEEK so I needed my nails to look presentable but paying the $100 (way too overpriced in my opinion) for them nails were not worth it. The only thing that was worth it was honestly the $10 shoulder massage. Never coming here again! The staff were not welcoming.... they barely interacted with any of the clients. Maybe it's a northern/NYC thing but that was the worst nail experience of my life. 🚨 10/13 UPDATE 🚨
Got my bday nails done here loved them! They took their time to listen to my feedback to give me the exact thing I wanted. Amazing service. First time doing gel x and I loved it
Happened to walk into this cute little place and left feeling like a whole new person. So attentive, music was relaxing, pedicure was 11/10 and when my toes were drying I was offered a back massage that sent me to another dimension. Everyone was so kind. Place was clean too. I will be coming back. Highly recommend, my fav pedicure in the city after 2 years.
Love this place!!! Very friendly people. Clean space. Did a fantastic job with my nails! Very pleasant experience!! Will return for sure!
