LAVENDER NAIL BAR PLANO

We (my mom and i) walked inside tonight wanting a Mani Pedi each, as we went to look at pricing the manager told us to go sit which we did resulting in us not being able to look at pricing until we sat for our pedis. When we walked over to the wall to pick out our color for our toes a lady walks over hovering over us both constantly asking questions not even giving us while to look, when we were seated the lady continues asking me questions which I cant really understand as shes mumbling so I said "We are doing Pedicures" and she mumbles something which i said yes to thinking she understood we wanted pedicures (was never offered a book to see their pricing for a pedicure so I had to get the book from my mom), the lady assumes I wanted the $60 option and when I mentioned the second to cheap

**Updated review is belowthe original** This was a last min place, and I literally drove 20 min out the way because this place was open after 8P. I was leaving for vacation the next morning, so it didn't matter how far it was. My pictures are literally less than 2 days after getting my nails done. It was nighttime, and I was just trying to get home, so I really wasn't paying attention until the next day when I was leaving for vacation 😪. 2 rhinestones popped off the 1st day, and my gel top coat started chipping. The rhinestones are not even what I was expecting because they are so big. She said they didn't have the small ones & suggested I try the ones you see! I noticed the dip powder didn't cover my full nail. My toes are not even the same color, and they are not even shaped !!! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I

I came yesterday and had the best experience of my life with Helen. Omggggg Helen is who does it the BEST! I showed her what I wanted and she knew exactly what to do. Only thing she verified was the length and did an amazing job. I would recommend to visit and go see ya girl Helen. I can’t wait to come back! 😌💛 The overall service was amazing from others as well. Customer service was perfect and cleanliness is amazing. Highly recommend this Nail Bar!

It was my first visit to Lavender Nail Bar and I walked in a bit worried since I didn’t know any of the technicians, so I just went with a random pick. Thanh ended up helping me choose the right color and his skills were great! He took the time to adjust everything I asked for and was super patient with my pickiness. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars because of a couple minor things, but overall I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely be back.

I’ve been here 3 times and had wonderful experiences each time. I usually use Helen. She is amazing! She’s sweet, thorough and does an amazing job. The last time I was there I used Eric, who also did a great job! He was faster because they do the dip differently. I recommend both.
