Laurel Nail Spa

Came in there with a not so good set from another salon. I originally asked for a fresh new set but they said we could use the set I already had so it would save me money and time. The staff was super nice and helpful. They fixed the set I had and even changed the shape per my request. Fast and decent pricing definitely will go back!!

Seriously my favorite salon. I come almost 30 minutes just to get my nails done here because every person there does such a good job and I never leave this salon upset. I’ve been going for about a few months now and they are great! Definitely recommend, prices are good too, everyone is super nice!

Came here for a pedicure. I pointed to the $48 service & he began. Massage was not a massage more like a feather being run up and down my leg. I got gel & when he was done they didn’t even offer me slippers they had me walk across the floor BAREFOOT meanwhile I saw the white clients with slippers. He gave me a 2 min back massage and then just left me there , didn’t say ok done or anything. I ended up getting charged $64 & my nails weren’t even nice looking , they had polish on the cuticles , just overall a mess. Will NOT be dining here again.

I am highly angry with my services from this establishment.the behaviors from an certain individual that I had encountered were truly disgusting and horrendous. As a customer there should not be any reason that I am yelled at or having things thrown in my face. The lady who works in the desk right next to the cashier is the women who did my nails. She was extremely disrespectful towards me . This women even had went out of her way to talk about me using foul language . This individual did not know that I speak the language the same language so I understood everything. There should be no reason why I'm being called names..

They did an incredible job. I couldn’t be happier. Everyone there is friendly and even though it was busy I was taken right away and it seemed to be the same for the customers who came in after me. I have zero complaints.
