Lash Story Studios and academy

Deb the owner was amazing. She took her time and did my lashes. It was a very relaxing place. The ambiance was good. I actually fell asleep a few times. lol I will definitely be back! Very satisfied.

I am not the type of person to complain about service, but I feel it is necessary to address an issue regarding a recent visit to Lash Story Studios and Academy. I purchased a gift card for my girlfriend, who had her lash appointment scheduled. Unfortunately, the lashes did not last more than 36 hours. She contacted the studio the following day to have the issue corrected. Due to weather conditions, Jayleena Cruz only works thursday and saturday she agreed to reschedule her appointment for a later date. When my girlfriend attended the rescheduled appointment, Jayleena applied another set of lashes. At the end of the service, my girlfriend was informed there would be a $55.00 fee. I recently booked an appointment and received lash extension services. As a stage 4 breast cancer fighter/survivor, my eyelashes had become sparse due to chemo treatments. Deb's exceptional work on my lashes has yielded outstanding results, achieving the natural look I requested. I am already receiving compliments. I will be returning for powder brows, as I have no eyebrows at all, and based on the excellent service I received for my lashes, I have full confidence that they will turn out wonderful as well.

It’s been 3 days since getting my lashes done for the first time ever! I absolutely love them. The own Deb was my lash lady and although it was my first time and I haven’t tried anyone else I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! She was so sweet and so kind and so soft spoken! I get nothing but compliments and it makes me feel great. As for her establishment it is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing! The staff is very friendly as well!! If you’re looking to get services done (they provide more than just lashes) I highly recommend Lash Story’s Studio and academy!!!

It’s been such an upgrade and always amazing and beautiful experience. All the staff including Layla and most definitely Jess (my lash tech) are so professionally and highly skilled, trained and if you haven’t made an appointment, plain and simple BOOK THEM ASAP!
