I’ve been working with Laura for over a decade and make it a point to work with her regularly due to the great work she does. She creates a relaxing environment and is skilled using deep tissue techniques on me as well as hot stones, cupping and essential oils and salves. Laura takes time to really listen to how I’m doing and also offers me advice on stretches, exercises and adjustments to posture that can help me feel better.
