Michelle was personable and professional. The salon was clean and quite charming & quirky. Good parking and easy to find. Stairs and ramp to main entrance. Michelle did what I asked her to do and I am pleased. The price was also fair 😁 for the time/service provided!

What a relaxing hair salon! I have never (comfortably) had my hair washed before my appointment at the Mad Hatter. She had me sit on a pillow which elevated me enough to make my neck comfortable. Who knew? Not me! She proceeded to perfectly adjust the water temperature...even Goldilocks would have liked it. She not only washed my hair, she gave a lovely head massage. Not one drop of water/soap found its way into my face, down my neck, or soaked my clothes... that's a first for me! The owner, Kathy Smith, obviously has high standards for all her clients and we are all appreciative of the exceptional care she gives to each of us. Thank you, Kathy!

Kathy was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to! The prices are great for the quality of the cut and the shoppe is really fun! This is definitely my new go-to salon!
