I booked a shampoo, condition, and trim, and was very disappointed with my service. The stylist who washed and conditioned my hair was friendly and did a great job. Unfortunately, the rest of the appointment did not meet expectations. My blow-dry was incomplete, and my hair was still damp in several areas. Additionally, Nikki informed me that she could not provide the trim I booked and instead offered a “dusting,” explaining that she is not comfortable trimming hair that is not fully straight. This was surprising, as the service is listed on the salon’s booking website. I have visited this salon once before and had a great experience with Faith. She thoroughly washed, conditioned, and blow-dried my hair, and clearly explained how she would trim it to address split ends. I returned expectin

If you want a just for content style then by all means book. If you want a style that last, don’t waste your time! Drove from Raleigh after finding the salon and Nikki on TikTok. At first glance everything seemed good with my daughter’s sew-in. She was actually happy when she left. However, that same evening the lace closure was lifted. I contacted Nikki to make her aware and she hasn’t responded. During the booking process I noted it was her first weave and again while we were at the appointment. I truly believed with 25yrs experience and the passion she claims to have the experience would be nothing short of positive, sadly that wasn’t the cash. The balance in cash requirement is clearly so she can pull stunts like this!!!

It's been a month or two since I went to this salon... When I tell you, that I didn't know that my hair could move like Shakira 💃 You see, I had a really bad experience entrusting my hair in someone else's hands and from that experience I never visited a salon for 20yrs. But after my experience at Latress Hair Salon, I will definitely go back and I recommend it to anyone. They will take good care of you!! 💞💕💓

I booked for a loc retwist & coloring service w/ Candace and she did amazing! My color turned out better than the picture that I was referencing to and she freestyled an updo style that turned out beautiful. From beginning to end , my service was wonderful. Very welcoming , pleasant & professional environment so I will be returning!
