Similar experience to all other reviews, she cancels appointments about a hour before you’re supposed to go to receive your service then it’s a challenge to reschedule. My last experience with her was booking a refill. She canceled on me a few hours prior saying that she has her other job to go to and wouldn’t be off on time. I understood that. I tried to reschedule and what she had available did not fit with my schedule. My original appointment was not cancelled and when the appointment time came, my card was still charged. I let her know that my card my charged when services weren’t rendered. She apologized and said that she’d refund me. I gave it two weeks and I followed up with her regarding my refund. She did not respond to me, she left me on read. At that moment, i had to escalate it

I came across her Google page because I was looking for a phone number to call regarding a charge she had made on my card. I had booked a few years ago but ended up cancelling because of a schedule conflict on my end. However, my card info was still saved all this time and I just got a message today that it was charged $20, but I have never booked another appointment with her since nor have I signed up for any membership with her. I came to find out through my bank that it was going to be a recurring payment, which I never signed up for. When I looked on here to find a phone number, nothing comes up. But after reading these reviews, it seems to be on brand. Please be careful booking with this business!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Brittney who turned out to be completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a scammer. I had high hopes for a great lash extension service, but sadly, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. To begin with, scheduling an appointment with this technician was a nightmare. They were constantly rescheduling my appointments, late or non existent in responding to my messages and seemed disorganized in managing their bookings and personal life. It was incredibly frustrating trying to secure a time slot that worked for both of us. When I would book, she would message me stating she had to cancel because of some sort of “family emergency” either about her dog being taken to the vet hospital or a funeral. Tried to be a good customer for her. But for any 5 appointments, she will cancel 4 within ONE hour of the appointment and then will not respond to any questions about rescheduling. Despite this red flag, I just rebooked with her and hoped she made the next one. The last time however, she canceled with absolutely no notice and then turned her phone off. She offered a discount due to her constant cancellations and never honored them. Each time I paid to “reserve my spot” so since the last time, I reached out to her to request a refund for payment of services that she did not provide. My texts are now green. I am a busy mother and have constantly found myself shuffling around my schedule to accommodate a Brittany just for her to cancel at the last minute. It is honestly so disrespectful. Neve

If I could rate a 0 I would. Reached out to Brittney multiple times to ensure appt was set & confirmed. Spoke with Brittney about what I wanted, never got a confirmation text per usual for styleseat so I reached back out to Brittney to clarify I had an appt. Brittney then put me into her schedule because I right away got a confirmation text, the confirmation text was for a service that I did not want so I reached back out to Brittney to let her know that was not what we talked about & I wanted to come in for something different. Brittney then sends me a text 1 hour before my appt that my appointment has been cancelled. If you don’t want to waste your time taking off work/rescheduling 100 times/ commuting there I would go somewhere else!
