I've always wanted to try lash extensions so I decided to go with Elena because I saw photos of her work. Best decision ever! Pretty easy to book an appointment. The application process was long but very comfortable and fun. Elena explains everything well and answers all the questions you have. I decided to go with the classic set and I think they came out amazing.

Elena does a wonderful job. She is efficient and kind and her studio is very clean. I travel all over the country for work - I always see her when I'm in Imperial Valley. She makes it very easy to set up an appointment for a foreign fill and the lashes always last a long time.

The valley is full of bad customer service and this is one of them. I booked and it said that I needed to cancel no less than 24hrs, however she cancelled me about 15-16 hours before?? I reached out to her website and left a message on her contact page, no reply, I called, no answer, lvm, no one contacted me. I still have no idea why I was cancelled. Definitely not trying to go to her with that bad communication in her end and won't be referring others. Luckily i found someone soon after and that actually knows how to communicate!
