I’ve been going to Jay now for a little bit. My lashes always lasts me at least 3 to 4 weeks. The retention being is excellent. She is always on time, and very polite. Her communication is excellent even when I’m running late . The prices are a very reasonable price for her work

Would not recommend at all. When I booked my appointment, I used a discount that she was promoting at the time, but when it came time to pay, she refused to honor it. The lack of professionalism and transparency was frustrating especially for a RETURNING client. It's unfortunate that a simple issue like honoring a promotion could overshadow the entire visit. Also, I felt like it was very unprofessional to have her child at her workplace while tending to clients. No other professional workplace would allow this so I don’t know why she thought that was okay.

I went to J Lash Way for a full set. I’ve been to her before and if I’m being honest she’s an amazing lash tech her work is absolutely amazing. HOWEVER, her business and service etiquette is flawed and unprofessional. Being a business owner, to retain clients (that if you care about being honest), include ALL charges to the price you set. J charged me for a lash bath? I’ve been getting my lashes done for over 7 years. I’ve never been charged for a lash bath. It’s something I believe should be a protocol for a good lash tech so they’re working on clean and fresh lashes. The problem wasn’t the price it’s the fact she waited until the end of service and I was counting my money that she started added charges. Mind you, I would’ve tip big. She was late to our service and didn’t even text to men

She’s amazing. Lashes are always on point. Very professional. Super sweet. Her studio is so cute and clean. Love everything about her. ❤️

I love Jay! She’s so sweet and great at what she does.
