melody is super sweet and amazing. her communication with me from boooking the appointment to then doing my lashes was awesome. she is super gentle on the eyes, i barely felt anything and was super quick with the eyelash lift. i 100% recommend her. she made my lashes so beautiful for my trip!

I booked lash lift & tint and explicitly asked for a natural C shape when I was there. One person was preparing my lashes, suddenly another woman came and took over; I heard the first one saying “no, she wants natural”. However, she ended up doing an L shape, which my lashes are too long for. It looks horrible! Never again!

This is a really great studio!! My eyelashes were pretty messed up when I came in from a previous lash lift, and they fixed them with ease. The curl is perfect to my liking and the job was really well done. I will absolutely be returning and I definitely recommend getting a lash lift here.

I decided to try hybrid lashes and I’m so glad I did! They have the perfect balance of natural and glam. The application was super comfortable, and Vivian made sure I was happy with the style and fullness. Great quality for the price. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great little lash studio on the upper east side! I am very particular about lash extensions. If they are done incorrectly, they rip your lashes out and are extremely uncomfortable. I decided to give Lash U a try based on the amazing first time customer deal they are currently offering (50% off first time clients!) and was very impressed with the quality of service. These gals are fast and efficient. I hardly felt anything while getting worked on. It’s such a relaxing space, I almost fell asleep.
