I had my lashes done on a Thursday for a wedding I was attending on Friday, and I was grateful to get a last-minute appointment. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was poor, as my lashes started falling out the very next day. I tried to return for a fix before the wedding, but the timing didn't work out. I called and spoke with Michelle, who was very pleasant and accommodating. Later that Saturday, while at a concert, my right eye began to water and swell throughout the night, likely due to the lashes being placed too close to my eyes. Following a conversation with Michelle, I returned the next week for a follow-up appointment. Couldn’t say enough about this place. My all time favorite place!! Been their client since the old location and follow them to new place. All staff are friendly and very attentive. Michelle and Vanessa are my technician.They took care my eyelashes very well , gentle and my eyelashes always look very beautiful. Started doing manicure here, Veena always did it nice and it lasted a month. Strongly recommended!!!!!!! Will definitely bring more people ❤️❤️

The woman was very nice and the space was relaxing but I do not like my lashes at all. They don't look like individual lashes to me they look like clusters. Plus I don't like when they leave a really big space at the front of your eye It just looks so weird. Very disappointed.

Such a nice, relaxing space. The artist who did my lashes was very careful and gentle. Loved my set! Will be back for a fill.
