Lash Glow

I stopped by here over the weekend while I was in town visiting my uncle. The experience was wonderful! I was greeted upon entering by the absolute sweetest young lady, Serina. She asked if I needed help with anything or was looking for something specific. I’m new to all of this and only recently started doing my lashes. I’m learning and am usually embarrassed to say that but she didn’t make me feel that way. Her smile and voice were so comforting. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and she was able to point me in the right direction. She made lots of suggestions on products. But, one of the best parts, she didn’t hover & I absolutely love that! She simply said that she’d give me time to look things over and to just call her if I needed help or had more questions. I brought my wife here over the weekend , the girl named serina was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products she was selling. Very good worker and amazing customer service. Definitely deserves a raise!!!

This store is awesome and they do points programs. They have such great sales and the staff is sooo knowledgeable about the products. Love them I hope they continue to expand their business.

I had an amazing experience at Lash Glow Supply in Humble! From the moment I walked in, the store was clean, cool, and welcoming. A great vibe all around. Serina was absolutely wonderful! She was polite, helpful, and friendly. Her customer service was top-tier, she checked in with me throughout my shopping trip to make sure I had everything I needed and could easily find anything I might be looking for. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I left with exactly what I needed and a smile on my face. Serina always helps me every weekend! So sweet and knowledgeable. Never hesitates to get up and show me where certain products I can’t find. The little girl is also very polite 🥰
