I’ve had such a great experience at Laser Center of Orlando! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Cathy is absolutely amazing! She is so passionate about what she does, and so knowledgeable. She explained the entire process so clearly and was so impressive, that I actually cancelled two other consultations with different laser hair removal businesses. I felt confident that I would get the results I was looking for with Cathy - hair elimination, not just hair reduction. I couldn’t believe the results after just one treatment! I’m so happy I decided to do this and wish I had started sooner! I highly recommend this place to anyone considering laser hair removal - great service, friendly staff, and real results!

Cathy and her staff are amazing and knowledgeable. As a woman of darker color, I had concerns about laser hair removal. I’m beyond pleased with my results and I’ve never had an issue. If you are looking for someone to take care of your skin needs I would highly recommend her. She knows what she is doing and really wants to help people.

I had been getting unsuccessful laser hair removal treatments for years and after finding Cathy I am seeing amazing results already after just 3 sessions like never before! So Michael was good even though he looked kind of unexperienced. The problem was Cathy, even though I was the client, she mistreated me multiple times. She ignored my problem with my tattoo because it was from another country and tried to kick me out. Then when i made a claim About my tattoo removal, because it wasnt being erased after TEN SESSIONS, she didnt listened and said: ok i can give you one free but then you are gone. And she kicked me out. She is arrogant and doesnt hace any costumer service. I paid a lot of money just for them to give me a scar and a horrible costumer service. Kathy needs to calm down.
