I canceled my subscription and they made it extremely hard to cancel. They kept dragging out the conversation about not canceling to where I had to get firm and tell them to cancel my subscription or I will report my credit stolen. They said it was canceled and then 10 minutes later my credit card company informed me that they had bill my credit again for the subscription. So now they showed their true colors. I will be disputing this with my creditor and reporting this.

WHAT A RIP OFF, literally signed up to get the sunday paper to support local from an aviators game special, not only did I never get my sunday paper but also they mentioned I signed up for a digital paper , how in the hell I dont even have a log in or a username. SCAMS among Martketing Scams, these guys suck on every level and then customer service never offefed anything to resolve, See ya later boomers !
