Las Vegas Eyebrows Threading

I went in there and my eyebrows were nearly taken off. I specifically told them not to take anything off from the edges. As it's hard to grow hair there...just to clean up around the edges the straggle hairs but nothing else... must be a language barrier, because she did exactly that literally half of my eyebrow was taken off. Half the thickness gone. My eyebrows are not even close to even...truly one of the worst threading experiences.

Extremely disappointing experience. I stopped in for eyebrow threading, and the shop was completely empty except for the woman at the counter, who was on a personal phone call when I arrived. She barely greeted me, set her phone down briefly, and faintly told me to sit. Without sanitizing her hands, she tossed a tissue on my chest and began threading. The entire service took less than a minute — easily the most rushed threading I’ve ever had. When I went to pay, she immediately resumed her phone call, confirming she’d never actually ended it during my service. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I left and went to Shila’s Eyebrow Threading on Rainbow and 215 instead, where the experience was far more attentive and thorough. I do not recommend this location.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I was a walk-in tonight (Sunday Nov 9th) I told the woman repeatedly that I wanted my eyebrows to match the pictures that I showed her. I showed her 2 pics...TWICE.. I told her that I had been growing my eyebrows out for 2...TWO MONTHS because someone else had messed them up. I had been looking for a new eyebrow threader for awhile to get this done. I repeatedly told her I want to keep my eyebrows THICK with an arch but reiterating that they should look like the pic. After she was done and I told her how unhappy I was she told me they looked pretty. I repeatedly told her that they were WAY to thin..they are basically half of what my eyebrows usually are. I told her had she ASKED about the missing hair...I usually color that in. Smh . I am so mad ....this i
