I Love Laru and how they handle their customers with care. I received a lamination and waxing for my brows and a gel X manicure. The brows were bold and defined quite nicely and done with airbrush so it was evenly divided along my brow line. My Gel X manicure was so cute and I get them done regularly here! So cute!

Before I start .. I paid $195 and tipped. So I wanted a sew in with a wash and blow dry. The lady didn't know how to properly lay the foundation for a sew in. My sew in is thin and spaced in front. The braid down pattern is all wrong. So all the weave is in the back (which is also thin and spaced out). I wanted a middle part just for context. Then she tried to add a braid in the front AFTER the back was sewn in because I asked about the spacing. I will not be returning just because I feel like the service I paid for was not worth the money. The lady who did my hair was sweet and tried her best so I didn’t argue. You live and you learn. I just don’t understand how you advertise a service and don’t have stylists who can deliver properly. However the place is beautiful and the staff were

I have been getting Gel X nails now for the past 6+ months now. Every single time I walk out I feeling detailed and confident about my nails. The products they use are high quality! The service is amazing and so are the employees! A must go to for Staten Islanders & surrounding areas. You can pick a design off the internet if you want and the artists duplicate it perfectly. Amazing Artists here!

My lashes lasted for a week. Half of my lashes are gone and they were beautiful at first but it was nothing like the picture I requested. Very sad I spent $100 for a week worth of lashes.

LaRu’s salon and the nail techs are exceptional in their craft her salon is the only salon I’d go to or recommend pleasant experience! They also do lashes and post op body contouring! And she’s for the community!
