I walked in for a regular pedicurec with a gel removal and upon entry the 2 ladies at the front were pretty welcoming however I couldn’t help but notice one of the nail techs staring at me. Turns out she would be the one to do my pedicure. The service was fine, and fast, nothing to brag about. When she finished my toes she let them dry down a bit before putting on the top coat. After she did the top coat she didn’t say anything. Not “you’re all set” “you’re done” nothing. She just walked away and started getting her own nails done?? It was definitely an odd experience.

I’m so hesitant to write this because i’ve been coming here for 3 years, so this pains me! I have no idea what has happened over the past year, but the quality of the work here has gone so noticeably downhill. I used to leave this place with exactly what i wanted at all times, absolutely amazing service, you name it. Genuinely I have not received a good manicure here probably the past 6 consecutive visits. I get pretty intricate nails, which is why i started coming here in the first place, and it’s never been an issue. Almost overnight it seems like they lost the ability to do a basic french tip without it being uneven. I’ve had to come in for fixes multiple times. They are always so sweet here and always try to help, which is again why this sucks, but it’s simply not worth the high prices

I came to get gel-x on my nails and what I received are the photos shown below (taken 20 minutes after leaving my appointment). I immediately messaged them asking for a fix. They got me in a few hours later but with the same nail technician who was so rude about fixing my nails. When I first arrived, they argued with me about fixing the nails because they said it was my fault for saying I wanted to keep my nail length. The nail tech was also clearly annoyed that I said I wanted them removed. My nails have never looked so bad and now they are ruined under the acrylic. The last photos are after the “fix”. I was shocked after paying $120 (nails, shimmer, tip, and parking for both trips) that they weren’t embarrassed about me walking out with nails that looked like this lol. I would really lik

Very over priced for a basic design. I got a French tip and gold on my nails and was charged almost $150. I asked the lady how much it would be before adding color and she told me $60, then I get to the counter and they tell me it’s $130 for my nails. $70 for a fill and $60 for the design and color. UNBELIEVABLE! Never going back. The pedicure was basic red color, almost $100. He massaged me for 10 min and mainly rubbed my legs, barely massaged my feet. The scrub was harsh and again was only rubbed on my legs.

First time at Lanicure Nail Bar, and I’m very happy! I got a Gel X fill. They were quite busy which I always take as a good sign. Only reason it’s 4/5 stars was for the wait time. I arrived 5 mins early for my 3:30pm appointment (Sunday Afternoon) and had to wait a total of 25 minutes for an available nail artist. I have to get my nails done a specific way for work, and I’m very happy with my result. The nail bar has a huge range of colors and Gel X shapes and lengths. It seemed that everyone in the salon was very experienced, and I felt very comfortable there. They do a 5% discount if you pay cash. Would happily return.
