Landis Hair is Art

Madelyn is the best. She has given me some of the best cuts of my life and she keeps my grays hidden. I’ve been going to this salon for years. I like to keep my hair long and I’m glad Madelyn is always conservative when cutting. Yvonne and Landis are good company, too!

I've been seeing Madalyn for cut, color and weekly blowouts for years. She is upbeat, professional and a delight to work with. She gives amazing cuts (I have long, layered hair), is a super talented color artist and her blowouts are the elite. I travel professionally so when I have to get blowouts on the road I always try to show them photos and explain how Madalyn does my blowouts as they are just the best- but no one can do they as well as she does!

Landis is a living breathing human…who actually works there AND owns the joint (Hair is Art!). Yvonne is delightfully on top of every detail managing appointments and client care. My favorite person is my Stylist…Madlyn. Her skill & easy conversation make the “in-chair” experience feel like a welcome brief escape from the crushing dumbness that life has eroded to here over the past several years. I give them 5-Gold Stars AND 3-Thumbs Up 👍🏻👍🏽👍👍🏾👍🏿…oops…that was 5.

Landis reminded me how fabulous a professional haircut can feel after foregoing one for a long period of time. He’s skilled, creative, experienced, an absolute expert and friendly and interesting too! I’m grateful to have found him as a new area resident searching online for a stylist and salon that seemed different and better, classy and comfy. Thank you, Landis!

I have to say my experience at this salon has been devastating. I received the worst haircut of my life by Madelaine back in December and I am still struggling with it. I booked an appointment with her after receiving another awful haircut at Kelly Hylton and was hoping she would be able to fix the previous bad cut, instead I got an even worse butcher job. When I arrived for my appointment I explained that the last hair stylist had talked at me the entire time while cutting my hair so it was no wonder she’d done a bad job. And would you believe not a minute into starting to cut my hair Madelaine began asking me small talk questions and I had tell her that I’d rather she didn’t talk while cutting my hair seeing as that’s how the last cut went wrong!
