Feels like this place likes to scam. Took my niece to get chipped gel polish removed and simple manicure to shorten her nail length with no polish, it was $35. I got a manicure today from a difference place for the exact same price...with better service, gel polish, and a warm towel for my hands. DO NOT GO HERE...I was dumb not to look at the reviews beforehand.

Had a horrible experience here. I went in for an overlay on my natural nails which were long. Came it with barely any acrylic on my nails that could keep strength to my nails and broke right away. After the first one broke I noticed there was barely any acrylic on my nail. I asked for a maroon color, it dried up leaving uncured bubbles which he had to file off again and left me with even thinner acrylics. A simple overlay ended up taking more than 2 hours which I didn’t even get a design for. My nails were shaped when I went in already as well. After leaving the salon, later that day the bubbles came up again. I was also charged $60 for barely any acrylic and time wasted. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

I have been here on numerous occasions , typically in the early and late evenings so I typically disconnect myself by not communicating a lot with my technicians and relaxing and each time I am asked after entering the facility to wash my hands. I think that is a wonderful protocol to have in place to keep down the spread of infectious diseases ❤️ however today I came in this morning pretty refreshed and alert. That being said another customer came in that wasn’t the same race as myself (I’m black) and she was Hispanic. She was greeted and asked how she can be help and she told the guy a pedicure. Meanwhile the technician at the end near the door at the pedicure chair is watching this Hispanic lady movements and says nothing and doesn’t ask this lady to wash her hands after she has a seat.

I was so excited about this place, looks very clean, staff is very friendly, they even have a kids room (!), but the pedicure itself wasn't one of the best. Not the worst but there was no attention to detail whatsoever I feel like. These pics are day after fresh pedicure, I was waiting until it was completely dry to see if it made any difference but it didn't.

I had a horrible experience where male nail tech was very aggressive digging his nails into my skin. It almost felt intentional, it was . When he got to the thumb he pushed extra hard I screamed ouch and told him he hurt me. He laughed and continued on. Next time I will be filing a Police report.
