Very nice and kind hearted staff not mention more than affordable I will always go there and nowhere else for my braiding most of all I feel like family 😇🤗

They take wayyyyy too long to do hair. I went there for what was supposed to be a 2 and a half hour style but it took 7 hours. I’m so disgusted! Not to mention they are very unprofessional

I just left Lala's,,,, and the ladies that did my small box braids was Phenomenal. They were very kind and very Quick. I will definitely be going back. I was VERY satisfied with my Braids. Thank you Ladies and thank you Lala for having such Great Braiders. Be Blessed ☺️

Only gave a start because I had to today I took my 15 yr old daughter to get small medium braids waist length Braider ask for funds upfront, zelle or cash. I proceeded to do zelle because I was too lazy to run to the atm for cash. After standing right beside me putting in the number the lady allowed me to send money to wrong number smelled about it took no accountability and I still had to pay full price for service. 285.00 plus another 285.00 for my daughters hair which is 570.00. I’m highly upset and I will proceed with a civil suit. First and last time. It’s not that they don’t do a great job on ur hair but who wants to feel taken advantaged of and treated poorly for a mistake that was on their part. This could have went all the way left thank good it didn’t.
