I just got a haircut from this place. And what I showed and what I got is completely different. I asked for a u shape in the back with long layers in the back with face framing layers in the front. She only did trimming. This place needs better hairstylist. When my haircut was done, the hairstylist was like all done. Had to ask weren’t you gonna dry it. She was like you want to blow dry? I was like yes. She didn’t even completely blow dried my hair and was like done and charged me $35 for this! My MIL also wanted layers and she only trimmed her hair too like what is this? Never coming back here and not recommending this place to anyone!

My mom and I have gone here twice after our old salon was bought out and we decided to try this one. We were thoroughly impressed. The only thing I have to say is don't have your heart set on who you make your appointment with. Even if you make an appointment with someone, they will give you whoever is available. All of the people that have done our hair have understood exactly what we wanted(a problem that we had at a previous salon). Most recently, I got the style I had wanted to be since I was a little girl. We will be going to Lakeville Hair Studio for the foreseeable future.

Called here to ask for a newborn haircut/shave. I was told i can walk in anytime so I went there within half an hour. After getting there I was told to leave because they are doing keratin treatments and its unsafe for the baby. I asked if I should call or if they would call me and I was willing to go back at a later time. I was given an estimate of 30 mins. They took my number. After 4 hours of waiting, I finally called them myself and they told me “my girls don’t feel doing a haircut for such a small baby because her head is too soft”. I have no issues with that. I just really wish I had not wasted soo much time waiting on them to call me. Very disappointed!

I got my balayage done here just in time for Christmas and the New Year and it came out amazing! I have never loved the color of my hair as much as I do now. I will definitely be coming back here. Exceptional service and everyone is so nice!

I have had several haircuts here and they were done well. The staff was courteous and friendly. My only complaint was that the manager or owner, not sure which, did not keep her face mask on at all times. It made me very uncomfortable for myself and the other people in the establishment. She obviously comes in contact with many people throughout the day and if she needs a mask break should go to a private room.
