Customer service at it's best! Twice this month I have made a FedEx return at this location, and both times I was struck by how efficient and courteous the help was. On the first visit, Rebecca saw me coming from the parking lot with a box almost as big as me and was waiting with the door open and took the box from me when I got close! On the second visit, there was a customer ahead of me, but she was fast and efficient. I knew this location didn't do all carrier returns (call ahead if not sure!), but fingers crossed that might change some day, as this is the place I would prefer to go for everything. Rebecca gets my Customer Service Award 2025!!
