Castle Nails and Spa

Every time I come and get a set of acrylics here they all fall off within a week. They burn my cuticle with the drill more than once and made me bleed/burned me. The experience is not worth $60+. They charge $15 for a design and they still seem rushed and not very neat. They are lacking color selections and they are missing colors they say they have. My technician completely ignored the shape I asked for and did the one they thought would look best/the most popular.

Absolutely love this place! Sandy did my nails and she did a great job and was so sweet. Also prices are so reasonable!

I called one morning and was able to get an appointment that same morning. She did a great job from start to finish. The massage pressure was exactly perfect for my legs during my pedicure treatment. They accept credit cards for services, but tips are cash only. My polish and feet look cared for and ready for the Summer!

Had my nails done twice here now. Had an amazing experience both times. Nails came out perfect and lasted really well.

The nails are always perfect… the customer service is HORRENDOUS. What is the point of making an appointment if I sit in a chair for 40 minutes waiting for them to come even look at me??? I’m always kind, always tip, but it seems they care more about the rich people on summer vacation than A REGULAR CUSTOMER WHO RETURNS EVERY TWO WEEKS. I’m really tired of the disrespect. If wait 40 minutes after my appointment one more time I am never coming back. This is ridiculous.
