I went in for a natural nail manicure and was very disappointed with the quality of the service. The cuticle care was poorly done, and the nail tech actually nicked my cuticle, which should never happen during a basic manicure. Other cuticles were left inflamed due to poor technique. The polish application was just as bad. The paint was uneven on multiple nails, and the edges were not cleaned up at all, leaving a messy, unprofessional finish. On top of that, the service description included hand moisturizing, but this step was completely skipped. Overall, the manicure felt rushed and careless. For the price and expectations of a professional salon, this experience fell far short. I would not return or recommend this salon.

Horrible service, nails were uneven and bumpy on some areas and super thick … my skin was attached to the nail and it hurt to remove the excess of acrylic, I was so embarrassed to show my hands. I tied to fix them but they had no fix. I do not recommend this place.

I usually come here to get my nails done & they do a great job. For some reason this past time I went the polish didn’t dry right so it was bumpy & the polish was peeling. I went back & the guy fixed it right away at no charge. They have great customer service 😊❤️

I have been in 3 times in the last 4 days to get various things fixed...and as much as I hate to impact someone's business by leaving a negative review, I wish I'd had a heads-up as a potential customer when choosing this place. The first image is a couple days after I got a fill and a color change that wasn't dried properly and was filed after the final top coat, the second is 20 minutes after going in to get it fixed. Very friendly and quick staff, but unfortunately the quality suffers for it.

Girls are nice however, I asked for least expensive nails no gel just regular nail polish so I could leave a decent tip, this is what i got. I left no tip sorry but just because girls are on budget, we deserve the same treatment as everyone else. Wont be coming back.
