Lady Jane's Haircuts for Men (Spring Valley Dr & S McCord Rd)

Been going to this location on and off for years. This was the last time. Didn't notice until almost done by stylist had bumps all over her hands and was shaking the entire time. Pulling my hair with the scissors and could hold the clippers steady enough around my ears....surprise I don't have any cuts. And this is the person who will straight razor my neck? No thanks.

Worst service ever. Literally showed a picture of what I had before. Front sides and back. They butchered it and cut it 4” too short. 4 inches !! And this is not an exaggeration. They couldn’t have gotten any further away from the picture I showed. And I knew it the moment she ran clippers down the side and it was too late. Now they have to blend it to that point. I complained at the end and the essentially gave me a free haircut but never once even asked if they could do anything to fix their absolute butcher job. Honestly didn’t want them cutting any more hair off anyways so I’d have said no but point stands that they think a free “butcher” is compensation enough for ruining my hair. Will take months to regrow. To where I need it. Thanks for nothing. Won’t go back . You should

Went in looking for a new hair stylist. Came across a lovely lady by the name of Jules. She did a fantastic job and was also great conversation. highly reccomend!

Call for appointment, no need. Early thursday morning, two other people ahead of me and one in chair, one dresser. Guy walks in after me, followed by another dresser minutes later. The new dresser tells the last guy go sit in her chair for a cut. Original two guys and me still sitting there. A manager must have texted the dressers there asking why there are three people waiting for over 40 minutes this early, dressers just laughed it off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE for terrible customer service and a way overpriced haircut. I walked out and will not come back.

I was having a productive morning, I stopped in today (walk-in) for a haircut. I was really happy with it, I was genuinely impressed/satisfied with the service I received. Lindsay cut my hair. I was happy to have such a pleasant conversation. I certainly would recommend to a friend.
