I found the massage was very comforting and relaxing. I did have some problem areas that Brenda focused on that seem to give me pain relief. Be fair. This is my first massage and I have nothing to compare it to. However, I recommend Brenda as I will be returning myself.

I recently had my first massage at Body Wise with Brenda and it was a fantastic experience. Brenda was professional and friendly. She made me feel comfortable right away, and provided a very relaxing setting for the massage. She also provided a great massage based on the conversation we had prior to beginning; paying attention to the areas on my back and shoulders I'd mentioned were bothering me. I highly recommend Brenda - my only regret was getting a 60 minute massage instead of 90! I will definitely be returning!
