Lady Jane's Haircuts for Men- Cheektowaga (Union Rd & George Urban Blvd)

I have been going here since I moved back to Buffalo 3 years ago and haven’t had a bad experience yet. I usually go to Julie but have been cut by multiple of the girls there and have always been satisfied. They take their time, it’s a clean environment and reasonably priced.

Nope, won’t be a repeat customer. I was at the Galleria Mall today and thought “I haven’t had a haircut since before the pandemic. It would be great to find a barber who could handle my beard too!” Called Lady Jane’s, the woman who answered the phone was very nice and told me they accept walk-ins. Cool, I’ll be there in 10 minutes, since I’m in the neighborhood! Walked in 10 minutes later. Here’s the conversation with the woman at the front desk (didn’t catch her name since she never introduced herself): Me: Hi! I’m Seth! Her: Who? Me: I’m . . . uh, Seth. She’s always friendly, happy to see me, and makes sure I leave looking fresh as possible. — I have taken to Brittany as my stylist after just taking first available every walk-in, and honestly I’ve never had a bad experience. Each stylist has been really great to work with and no matter who you end up with, you’ll be in good hands!

Went for a walk in, i understand doing that leads to long waits potentially but this was insane. 45 mins and 0 communication when im the only person waiting while a family of 10 all come in and chat it up like its a reunion, never told how long i have to wait when i dont exactly have nearly an hour to wait for a POTENTIAL haircut! Never told me i was next or anything just kept helping this huge and obnoxious family who had children running around with balloons and throwing things and being incessantly loud and migrane inducing. Will not return for a long time if at all
