I’ve had previous facials at chain companies and they have been fine but nothing over the top amazing. Just felt like people doing a job. Jessica is so warm and easy to talk to! She’s so passionate about her practice. She walked me through my morning and night facial routine. She looked at each product I used and the ingredients, telling me if they were a cleaner product and if that product would help my skin type. The products she sells in her lounge are made from all clean ingredients which is what she strives for. She didn’t push me to buy anything which I liked.
