I’ve been a loyal client of Laque House for over four years, and it’s really disappointing to say that the quality of service has taken a steep and noticeable decline. What was once a salon known for thoughtful, high-quality work has unfortunately turned into what feels like a chop shop focused on speed over craftsmanship. Almost all of the original nail techs — the ones who built Laque House’s reputation — are gone, with the exception of one. The newer technicians feel very inexperienced, and the priority now seems to be rushing clients in and out rather than delivering quality results to serve as many clients as possible. Been going to lacque house for years, recommended many friends here. I regret that. My nails for the last six months have had peeling gel after 3 days or would break after a week. My last experience was the final straw. Not only did they not give me cat eye, like I asked for, they used the polish alone and told me oh well I don’t have time to use the magnet (it takes two seconds) , my cuticles are covered in polish and one just lifted… I did my nails last week….. I’ll attach the photos of the look when I left. I’m not going to attach my glued finger here but trust me, don’t waste your time and money here.

All of the staff is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely talented. When I first started come to Lacque House, my nails were a mess! They were weak from over drilling gel, and were all short and broken. Lacque House really nursed my nails back to health! Now when I get my nails done they last over a month! I only have to get them redone because of the growth! 10/10 recommend!

I recently visited this salon for the first time. I originally booked my appointment over a month ago but had to reschedule to a later date due to personal reasons. A few weeks later, I needed to adjust the time again because of traffic—my nail salon is about 30 minutes from my job during rush hour. Throughout the process, the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful every time I spoke with her on the phone. As for my experience, I couldn’t be happier with my nails! Betty did an amazing job, and I’ve never been more in love with them. I’m definitely coming back to get my hands done again. Everyone at the salon was very sweet. My only complaint—though it’s no fault of theirs—is the awful Miami traffic. When I checked beforehand, my drive was estimated at 15 minutes, but rush hour doub
