I have been coming to this nail salon on and off for the past five years, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently declined. My most recent visit on February 14th was the final straw. I arrived around 5:30–5:40 PM for a regular manicure, knowing they closed at 6 PM. Although it was close to closing time, the staff accepted me without mentioning any time constraints. I expected a standard service, but instead, the technician rushed through my manicure in about 20 minutes to finish by closing. The service felt unprofessional and careless. I specifically requested regular polish and proper cuticle care, as I am taking a break from gel. My cuticles were barely soaked, she used the rough nail file on the cuticle area, basically sanding the skin instead of trimming the cuticles which

Called a week ahead and made an appointment for mani/pedi with someone specific based off their reviews / social media. Showed up to find they did not put me down on the schedule at all so I settled for just a pedi. Pedicure I got was also not impressive at all. I asked for unicorn chrome which they charged me an additional $15 for (insane to charge $15 for that I get it for free at every other salon I go to). I think they used a pearl chrome which you can barely see so they charged me $15 for basically nothing. I can’t believe I paid $75 for this. Very disappointed in the service and quality.

I got gelx nails with a chrome gel design and am obsessed. I also got gel toes and my mom got a dip manicure. I love how detailed they were with the nail polish/dip and love the look of my nails! I wish she dug in deeper for my ingrown nail but that’s my only feedback. My mom liked that they did a great job of removing her cuticles on her nails. I would definitely go back!

I had Nina as my nail tech, and she did an amazing job. This set only took a little over an hour to complete, and she did a great job on being extremely precise with the shaping of my nails. I highly recommend her

THEY DELETE REVIEWS. im so disappointed it was my first time getting my nails done here since im new to virginia and i was so excited. i asked her for simple full set with straight square shape and this is what i got. i asked if she could shape them better and she barley tried and told me to just keep putting it under the light. $67 later and i waited so long to get my nails done. very very sad
