L.A. Top Nail & Hair

I tried to be nice and give this place a chance but this is the lowest of low service I’ve ever gotten. They don’t sit you in the spa chair they sit you in A regular chair and bring out a bucket of warm water To do your feet. When they do your pedicure They never change the water. Your toes are done in the same soapy, dirty water you wash your feet in even after they scrub it And there is no clean water to rinse the soap off of your feet, they just wipe it. No sugar scrub, and he barely put effort into removing the cuticles. But the thing about it is with all this poor service, They charge full price smh. And I hate to be asked if I would like a cut down when I’m doing a pedicure because isn’t shaping and cutting down the nail To make it look presentable a part of A pedicure? ……Plus that’s

Lina and Tommy are the cutest couple and did their work beautifully. They attended me and my mom very quickly definitely recommend this place!!🔥

I give them a 4 start because I have been going there for about 3 years and Cindy's work is Beautiful. BUT! I have stopped going there three times because she took people in front of me and acted like she told me. However I left for almost a year and now I'm back one more time because I can't find anyone to do my nails the way she does. Hopefully, the absence will have made her more aware. Otherwise I may have to find an alternative.

The staff treat you like family there. And the price is great. Friendly and great quality.

Stay away from Tiffany as a stylist. She doesn't uphold appointments you'll end up doing your hair yourself. All the other stylists are cool but if you want a for sure appointment STAY AWAY FROM TIFFANY.
