La Signature

When I saw Guerlain inside Epcot I was very excited. I worked at LVMH and I love the Guerlain house. I think it is an underrated brand in the world of perfumes, having niche quality at a designer fragrance price. When I entered, no one greeted me even to say hello. The saleswoman greeted a white person who said “I’m just looking” and I, being dark-skinned and Latino, would have left with at least a couple of these wonderful fragrances.

I visited and loved the Rosa Rossa Forte perfume, and decided that I want to purchase it and also have the free engraving done. I was excited all day to pick it up, but once I got there an honest mistake was made and I was very worried that I wasn’t going to be able to leave with the perfume that I wanted because it was out of stock. I was helped by a staff member who was taller in height and male, but I did not catch his name. Even though it was not his mistake, he immediately corrected it by offering me a refund, and quickly made it right by gifting me the correct perfume sample, as well as it being engraved! I will forever be grateful to him, and he made my day at Epcot so much better! Thank you!

My wife loves the perfume store at the France Pavilion in Epcot. The staff is friendly and accommodating and they have a wide selection of wonderful Guerlain products. They are a knowledgeable and friendly staff with great real French products and fragrances.

I was at Epcot for my sisters bachelorette party on 5/26/24. My sister loved that we could get hand painted perfumes for all the girls. We were so excited that we went to the store when we first entered the park. We were assisted by the assistant manager Mariani Villanueva. She sold us on four perfumes and even had me open my instagram to take a boomerang of us with our perfumes. She told us to come back after 3pm to pick up our painted perfumes. When we returned to the store Cindy opened each perfume to reveal the paintings. One perfume was not painted. I was disappointed. Cindy told me I could return to the park the next day and it would be painted. In order to get to the store I would have to buy a ticket to Epcot. This shop is one of our favorite. It is pretty “high class.” The Guerlain brand is not to be messed with. Their products are top notch quality. The price is high because of it. The customer service is nice most of the time but it is also rather stuck up. I get it though. You are around such an amazing product that sells for hundreds. You can easily get into a “snob” kind of attitude. You are selling a high end product and you start to act high end yourself. Every one I ever speak to knows exactly what they are talking about. I have never been mislead. I have yet to find Product here that was not amazing. They often have good prices on their boxed sets as compared to their website.
