Harmony Barber Shop

I just loved the atmosphere and the feel of the Harmony Barber Shop in the Magic Kingdom. The interior is a lot like I would expect a turn of the century barber shop to be like. The people are super friendly and gave a great haircut. A must do while at Magic Kingdom.

Poor customer service. The first time was on us we showed up a 403p and there needs to be a cut off. We just needed our toddlers bangs cut. Met with a rude hosts saying you missed the cut off and interrupted my wife when she was asking when it was (4p). Np we enjoyed the park. We went back today after dance class got there at 345-347p as soon as we walked he in he said no more cuts. We said last time had to be before 4p he straighten up said no more cuts we are trying to get out on time. I get it. I understand there are cut offs, but it should be the same every time and how you communicate is huge in the service industry. Disney has definitely declined over the years. That host at the barber shop is one Universal’s best sales associates.

Doug was AMAZING with my baby that was having kind of a melt down. The hostess was also super helpful and nice, I could not catch her name properly (started with V and end in eng I believe). Thank you so much for handling the stress of a first haircut and make it in such a magical experience

I want to start off by saying my family and I have been a Disney family forever! We always come here and love Disney. But today the magic definitely wasn’t there. I highly recommend not getting a haircut here. Today was my sons first haircut and when I tell you they messed his hair up so bad I’m definitely not exaggerating. His line up was pushed so far back. Everything was uneven, there was patch’s that was to long and even bald spots that we found that they cut to much off. And my son sat still the entire time. After we told them what we saw they said they would fix it and instead they messed it up even more! Never got a refund or an apology. If you want to get a haircut for your little one this place is definitely not the spot! Please save your money and go somewhere else where you’ll

We went to get my 1 year old a hair cut, it was his first. It was a brilliantly fun experience. My one year old is a major fidget so I was full of dread thinking we'll come out with a bald baby. The hairdresser was very good and only did one cut wrong on his hair once considering he wouldn't keep still and it wasn't very noticeable and she corrected it! Not only does he look smart, but my wife and two daughters got sprinkled in glitter too! Not to mention cute family photos along with a certificate and a complimentary mouse hat for doing a job well done. Oh, let's not forget everyone also got spoiled with Mickey mouse stickers too! It really wasn't what I expected but I enjoyed it and had so much fun, it definitely was a magical and great experience to have, which is weird considering
