Amazing massage by Laura—she is truly one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. She is intuitive, kind, and incredibly experienced, and the entire session was exceptional. The front desk team is also outstanding. Eunice, Lori, and Andreia are incredible at what they do and consistently go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and well taken care of.

After 3 unanswered email requests from me over a period of 7 days, I decided to call. It took me 17 minutes on hold to get a hold of someone. Strike #1. Finally, after I was nearly finished with my booking, she decides to let me know that this spa has "Dynamic pricing", which is code word for "we will charge you whatever we want". Strike #2 and #3. She let me know the massage was going to be $40 more per person over the price published on their website. I refuse to allow companies to act like they can do whatever they want with MY MONEY. Spa services were promptly cancelled as soon as I heard this load of..... Absolutely outrageous practice. No wonder you had so much availability. The Four Seasons downtown has a better spa and doesn't have absurd practices.

Absolutely amazing experience. Laura is so attentive and good at deep tissue. She cared about my allergy and checked in with me just enough during the massage. Entire staff was kind and with it. Best part of the entire hotel. Highly recommend.

I will never go to another spa ever again. This place is too good for words. There is truly nothing like this incredibly decadent experience at La Prarie Spa. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by an incredibly warm and smiling staff there to make you feel comfortable and wonderfully relaxed. Immediately, you are asked if you want anything (I opted for an almond milk latte - which was baller), and munched on some nuts and dried fruit. Then I was called by the lovely Rachel to get the caviar mani/pedi treatment. I’ve never been a huge fan of eating caviar, but I am certainly a fan of putting it on my body.
