Exceptional service. San did my nails and they are absolutely gorgeous. The only feedback I have is to provide better communication to new clients about the check in system, to avoid unnecessary waiting. Otherwise I will be returning for regular visits.

Being completely honest… I wanted to leave this place as soon as I walked in. - Nail dust everywhere - Smells very strongly of chemicals - They reuse equipment without cleaning it, they just sit in jars (not in disinfectant) - The techs barely speak English and don’t understand what you want - Running out of nail polish once they start with a color - Tables aren’t cleaned in between clients - Very expensive for a quick and messy nail job Please take your business somewhere else.

Nicely lit, new and fashionable place. They have backdrops to take pics and keep memories alive. Love the attentiveness and hospitality! They take good care of you!! This was a spa day for me and my beautiful daughter-in-law! Spending time together making memories!

Previously reviewed as four stars because when I went to one person in particular, the work was great though I always had to go back because of the polish chipping or something. But that was minor. My last two experiences have been rather disappointing. I ended up with fungus on four of my fingers. I returned because I truly thought it was just a mishap. I now have fungus on my nails again luckily four of them popped off, causing me to take the rest of my set off. That’s when I discovered the fungus for the second time. I’ve been to the Newington location as well as the new West Hartford location. First one happened at the Newington location second time at the West Hartford location.
