They take walk-ins. I got my nails done on thursday afternoon, its only saturday and i have some slight lifting on three nails.. my cuticles were nicked twice during service. Acrylic applied too thick, french tip too wide for my nailbed shape. Its now been 6 days since I had them done and one of my nails is near falling off and every other acrylic nail is lifting from the nail bed.. this set did not last a full week. I have two holiday dinners to go to and will have to pay to have them repaired.. pictures show every single nail lifting from the nailbed... and one of the places i was nicked that still hasnt healed fully.

I'm a very low maintenance person but I do enjoy being pampered so I go here for the deluxe pedicure. Sometimes I will get my nails cleaned up with a basic manicure. In the rare occasions when I've got acrylic nails ( due at other places in Hazel Green) , I have went back here for them to take them off bc I hate them. They are friendly and affordable.

This was my first time going to this awful place. I went for dip powder & my 3 grandkids mani. The lady, who never gave me her name, caused chemical burns to my fingers from prolonged over soaking in pure 100% acetone. My fingers were pruning, which is a clear sign of prolonged exposure to liquid. It is so painful. I am a RN & have to do a lot of handwashing. My skin is peeling off, leaving open wounds. I am reporting this place to the board. The owner made excuses & never once offered to return my money. I’m disputing this charge on my card. I’m 56 yrs old & have NEVER had this happen. Do not go there. I have pictures to file with my board complaint!!!

I went in on March 10th 2025 for a full set, and a couple of days later my finger was infected from a cut I received during my services. On March 15, I have a fingernail coming completely off like it is a press on nail. I have never liked their services and only went back because my husband bought me a gift certificate. It still has $135 on it and I will not be using it. As high as prices are to get your nails done it’s ridiculous to pay $55 for a full set and they don’t even last five days.

I’ve been here several times and I’ve been going for years, but I can say it’s not the best. I only go because it’s the closest in my area. Their nails are chunky, thick, and they’re not too good at art in my opinion. I’ve never once heard an employee here give me their name ONCE. They aren’t careful with their tools and they cut your fingers a bit. One time, a man doing my nails was blasting a audiobook story and a kid’s cartoon on his phone as he did my nails.
