It all depends on who you get but today I was pleased to have Cara as my stylist for a second time and she has done phenomenal both times on my specific cut and hair. She will chat right along with you and really takes her time. She definitely enjoys hair and it shows!

I’ve never had a bad haircut from this shop! The ladies who work there are always friendly and listen to what I want when I decide to change things up a bit. Worth every penny!

Stopped in had 45 mins wait so I went mile down the road to Sunovation and tanned got back just in time for Shawna to cut my hair. She was such good natured hair artist. I'm so happy with my haircut. I knew it was split ends really bad . Thankful I was on waiting list bc Shawna had the best interest for me 😀 God bless Alabama and America August 25,2025 Kim cut my hair, she was so professional and had great ideas for my damaged hair. My family members frequently go here for hair cuts and sometimes I pamper myself with a hair washing too. We love the on-line wait list option. We've never had a bad stylist experience here.

The lack of patience. You can tell how much these people hate their job and that’s unfortunate. If you hate your job so much go find something you love because you’re ruining experiences like 1st time haircuts for a little girl. Not to mention the cut is not what she wanted. My little girl had hair down to her waist. It was her first haircut something she’s been waiting years for. We took her in the evening and the customer experience was just not there… but to be fair it never is there. Posting this review won’t give me my baby’s haircut back or change her experience of getting scolded while getting her haircut because she isn’t looking a certain way.
