**UPDATE** I went back to the nail shop yesterday 1/9/2026 and spoke to James. I showed him my nails and although he didn’t say it, he was visibly appalled with the work. He was willing to fix my nails then but I told him I couldn’t because my nail beds were co Platelet sore. So he told me to come back and my service will be half off. So we’ll see They get zero stars from me! I went in for a simple overlay and pedicure with pink polish. She butchered my hands and feet. It looks like a child did my nails. It took two hours for this crap! As you can see in the photos with the French tip, these were my nails the day I went to the shop. I keep them short but not fingertip short. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst nail experience I’ve ever had here. I came in for a simple gel manicure and left with paper-thin nails that bend when I scratch. The French manicure I received looked uneven and sloppy—like I had done it myself with my non-dominant hand. When I returned to request a refund, I was told the owner wasn’t in and wouldn’t be available until next week. The staff refused to help me and instead tried to tell me that thin nails are “just what happens.” I asked if they could redo my nails using builder gel or SNS to strengthen them, but they don’t even offer those services. Poor workmanship, no accountability, and zero customer service. I do not recommend.

James did my fill in, it was my first time here. Let's just say, I will be returning! Did an AWESOME job! And the best thing is, the price doesn't change, whatever price they give you, that's what it is when you're done unless you add extras. I'm so tired of being told one price, and the half way done it's $20-30 more without any extra stuff done. Well they definitely keep their word, and do fantastic work! Will be returning! My daughter got her nails done also, with artwork and it was very reasonable

I just came to get my nails done and was charge extra for v tip usually it’s only $10 more but she overcharge people $5 extra. I should have known, Tina the one who did my nails she overcharged me. She sit at station 4 table.

I’ve been coming here since 2020 James was the very first person to do my nails. I love his application but over time they began treat me like an unwanted client because i would go to one particular nail artist which is (Rhena.) i don’t know the relationship between them and her but from my understanding they’re not to fond of her. Whenever i do go there and the women who usually does my nails aren’t there, instead of them putting me in the next available chair they tend to ask me if Rhena coming in like a make her schedule. It’s been a few times where i was crying because i was in disbelief of how i was being treated. I only go to her because she is the only one that does major designs. I was told that they couldn’t service me because i always go to her. I find it very unprofessional that
